Here you need to create your return case.

When should you create a return case?


● If you wish to return all or part of your order
● If you need to exchange
● If you have a complaint, i.e., a product that has broken or does not function as intended


Log in on the left using your order number (ex. SO1000950233) and your phone number/email address

If you are unable to log in with your order number, you can also use your reference number that you received in your 'Trackingmail'.

NOTE:

If the item has lost value due to your use of it in a way other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item, you may only receive part of the purchase amount back. If the original tags have been removed from the item, the item is considered used and of diminished value. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases, this may mean that you can only get back the shipping costs.

Please check if all the information we have about you is correct.
If there are errors in your information, it may lead to errors in shipments and communication.

Please fill in the checkboxes indicating which items are relevant to the case, and then select the reason that best fits your return.




You are always welcome to take care of shipping your package to us yourself.

In that case, we DO NOT charge a fee for handling your return.

However, it will typically be a more expensive solution than those we can offer below, as we have our own shipping agreements and also pay a portion of the return shipping.
NOTE: The fees to use one of the two methods below for your return is 10€. (Claims are exempt)



1. If you have received your package with GLS, DHL, Hermes, Colis Privé or PostNord:

Here you can download your return label via the link. You will also receive the return label via email.

You simply place your return label on your package and drop it off at your nearest parcel drop-off point.



2. If you have received your package with Budbee:

Go to your order in the Budbee app and click "order return".

You can choose to have your package picked up at your door or drop it off at your nearest Budbee box.

If you choose a box, you will receive a PIN code from Budbee and have two hours to drop off your return at the box. (If for any reason you don't make it within the two hours, you can simply book a new time in the app.)


Your return case has now been created.

Please include a note with your order number in your return package.

We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a depreciation of the item's value.
Our goal is to handle all return packages on the same day as we receive them at our warehouse.

After your return case has been processed, you will receive an email about this. It may take up to 2-5 business days after we have processed your return for you to receive your refund.

- If you have made a return, you will be credited once the warehouse has received and processed your package.

- You will hear more from us if you have made a complaint.
